Aim, pull, and shoot to raise funds for the MBEX Scholarship Fund at this great annual MBEX outdoor event.

SCHEDULE:
• 11:00am - Lunch + Registration
• 12:15pm - Safety Talk
• 12:30pm - Shooting Begins
• 4:00pm - Social + Dinner
• 6:00pm - Program, Awards + Prizes

COST: $150 per shooter (max. of 6 players per team, min. 4 players) | $170 per shooter after early bird special

Come join MBEX as we aim high and take a shot at an epic day filled with clay-breaking excitement. Whether you're an ace shooter or just looking for a fun afternoon with colleagues and fellow industry professionals, this event is tailor-made for you. Bring your enthusiasm and your team spirit – we'll take care of the rest.

Shooter packages include the clay shoot, a post-shoot social, dinner, awards, and door prizes. Teams may have a maximum of five shooters.

ABOUT THE MBEX SCHOLARSHIP
The Minnesota Builders Exchange Scholarship is a special fund set up by the Exchange, in partnership with The Builders Group (TBG) Education Foundation, to award scholarships to students pursuing a degree in a field directly-related to the construction industry. We thank them for their generosity and support. To date we have given out nearly $300,000 to almost 150 students.

Early Bird - $150/shooter*

Maximum of 6 shooters may be registered per team (4 is the minimum). Use the dropdown menu to select the number of shooters being registered. Early Bird pricing applies to registrations made before July 19, 2024.

Rent a Golf Cart - $200 each*

Indicate how many golf carts your team will need to rent by using the drop-down menu. Maximum limit per team is 2 golf carts.

Station Sponsor ($150.00 each)

As a station sponsor, lunch and/or dinner is included with your sponsorship (if not already signed up to shoot) as well station signage. Sponsors may sit at station if desired.

Beverage Sponsor ($250.00 each)

Sponsors will be recognized in event promotions, on the website, and at the event.

Lunch Sponsorship ($250.00 each)

Sponsor lunch for all shooters before teams head out on the course! Sponsors will be recognized in event promotions, on the website, with event signage, and during the event.

Dinner Sponsorship ($300.00 each)

Sponsor dinner following the shoot to be enjoyed while scores are tallied and during a short program. Sponsors will be recognized in event promotions, on the website, with event signage, and at the event.

Beer Sponsorship ($300.00 each)

Sponsor the beer tent following the shooting portion of our event. Sponsors will be recognized in event promotions, on the website, during the event, on the website, and with event signage.

Door Prize Donation

Donations made are used to purchase a wide array of door prizes to be given away at the event. Donors will be recognized in event promotions and at the event.

MBEX Scholarship Fund Donation

Make an early donation for the MBEX Scholarship Fund, which awards financial assistance to students pursuing a construction-related degree. Donors will be recognized at the event and on social media.
