What's the difference between Basic access and Premium access?

The information MBEX gathers is from local, state and federal agencies, architects, engineers, general contractors, and construction managers. Our team of reporters post projects and associated documents within our Online Plan Room where members can find everything they need (depending on the chosen type of access with membership; see comparison chart above).
