This annual event offers a fantastic opportunity for members to enjoy a day of golf, networking, and camaraderie, all set against the backdrop of a beautiful summer day.

LOCATION: Oak Glen Golf Course (1599 McKusick Road N, Stillwater, Minn., 55082)
SCHEDULE:
• 10:30am - Registration & Bloody Mary Station opens
• 11:00am - Lunch served & Driving Range + Putting Green open
• 12:30pm - Shotgun start
• 5:15pm - Social Hour in Clubhouse
• 6:00pm - Dinner & Program

COST: $160 per golfer / $640 per foursome

Golfer Registration - $160/player*

Use the drop-down menu to select number of golfers (max. of 4). Single and pairs golfers are welcome to register (full foursomes will be coordinated by MBEX). Limit 2 foursomes per company. After June 3, a third foursome may be added in the unlikely event space is available.

Golf Cart Sponsor - 1 available ($1500.00 each)

Includes one team of four, lunch tickets, dinner tickets, and golf cart. Company logo will also be placed on each cart for sponsor recognition.

Bar & Drink Ticket Sponsor - 1 available ($1500.00 each)

Sponsorship includes one team of four, lunch tickets and dinner tickets. Each golfer at event receives two drink tickets. Sponsor signage will be placed at the bar inside clubhouse, two beverage carts, and on all drink tickets.

Dinner Sponsor - 2 available ($1000.00 each)

Includes 2 lunch tickets, 2 dinner tickets, and 4 drink tickets. Recognition at buffet where dinner is served and at each dinner table.

Lunch Sponsor - 1 available ($500.00 each)

Includes 2 lunch tickets, 2 dinner tickets, and 4 drink tickets. Recognition at buffet where lunch is served and at each lunch table.

Hole Sponsor - 9 available ($200.00 each)

Sponsor may attend hole. Does not include cart rental.

Bloody Mary Station Sponsor - 1 available ($275.00 each)*

Includes 1 lunch ticket, 1 dinner ticket, and 2 drink tickets. Station will be located near the registration table at beginning of event with Bloody Mary / Vodka mix.

Cigar Sponsor - 1 Available ($275.00 each)

In addition to the sponsorship fee ($275), the Cigar Sponsor purchases cigars for the event (at least one per attendee) from their vendor of choice prior to the event date and provides them for golfers to enjoy throughout the day. Also includes 1 lunch ticket, 1 dinner ticket, and 2 drink tickets.

Driving Range Sponsor - 1 Available ($250.00 each)

Sponsors will receive recognition with signage on the course’s Driving Range.

Putting Green Sponsor - 2 Available ($250.00 each)

Sponsors will receive recognition with signage on the course's Putting Green.

"Hit the Green" Hole Sponsor - 1 available ($200.00 each)

Get your drive on the green (par 3) on Hole No. 3 within a designated circle as outlined by the course. Signage will be present for sponsor recognition and sponsor may attend the hole.

"Hit the Keg" Hole Sponsor - 1 available ($200.00 each)

Purchase the opportunity to hit an 80-gallon metal garbage can upside down on the fairway. Signage will be present at hole for sponsor recognition and sponsor may attend the hole. Location is Hole No. 7.

Golf Ball Sponsor - 1 Available (Cost Covered by Sponsor) ($0.00 each)

Provide a sleeve of logoed golf balls to each golfer.

Door Prize Donation

Donate any amount in increments of $50 by using the drop-down to select monetary amount. Donors will be recognized at the event during the program as prizes are awarded.

Scholarship Donation

Make an additional donation for the MBEX Scholarship Fund, if desired. If interested in making a donation larger than $500, please email ah@mbex.org.
